Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Health Plan Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contributing member of the Audits department and
lead auditor for performance measure validation audits
Manage multiple client contracts as the primary point-of-contact
and mentor junior staff
Conduct research, prepare project deliverables, and lead
documentation for audit and performance measure validation-related
projects
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related
field
At least seven years of work experience in healthcare and ten years
overall work experience
Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) required
Minimum of five years of auditing experience, with four years as a
lead auditor
Experience in leading multiple medium and large projects or
contracts
