You'll Do:M&A Strategy & Deal Execution
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition
targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities aligned with
the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
trends and opportunities in AdTech, Digital Media, and Marketing
Technology sectors.Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Develop detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses
(DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and assess synergies
and risks.
- Support the preparation of investment memos and presentations
for senior leadership and board discussions.Due Diligence
- Support cross-functional due diligence efforts, coordinating
finance, legal, product, and operational teams.
- Work with external advisors (investment banks, legal, tax, and
accounting firms) to structure transactions efficiently.
- Support the negotiation of key deal terms, ensuring alignment
with strategic and financial objectives.Post-Merger Integration &
Performance Tracking
- Partner with internal teams to develop integration plans and
ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition.
- Monitor acquired company performance against deal assumptions
and identify areas for optimization.Who You Are:
- 2-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking,
corporate development, or private equity, ideally with a focus on
Digital Advertising, AdTech, or MarTech.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills,
with a proven ability to assess strategic and financial
impact.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem,
programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and emerging
technologies in the space.
- Track record of collaborating on all aspects of M&A deal
execution and diligence, including the management of internal and
external deal teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple transactions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with
experience influencing executive-level decision-making.
- Experience working with investment banks, legal counsel, and
