centralized management of instrument file Intake / Validation /
Build Quarterly instrument true up with finance Knowledge of SPM is
not a requirement it's just the source of the data. Will teach how
to input data. Most of the work is going to be done in Excel
cross-referencing and standardizing and then updating SPM. As an
example, via Excel reports you'd identify that the same instrument
exists with different IDs / Names; would standardize to a single
description and update SPM accordingly. Scrub and dedupe records in
our existing Service Parts Management master file (SPM),
Standardize record data: Manufacturer Part / Manufacturer Internal
Instrument ID Description Supplier Price Remove duplicate
instruments What programs will this consultant be using? SPM
(instrument asset tracking), Oracle, Ivalua and Excel TOP SKILLS
REQUIRED (In Order of Priority) Data reconciliation (reviewing like
for like descriptions, part 's, etc.) Manage large data sets
Self-directed Ability to analyze / prioritize data needs Attention
to detail
