global Sales & Marketing Accounting organization, translating
strategic direction into clear priorities and actionable plans.
Operates with urgency, sound judgment, and adaptability. Drives
process excellence and champions technology-enabled improvements.
Job Description Core Responsibilities Oversee all Sales & Marketing
accounting functions ensuring adherence to Company policies,
procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements. Prepare
timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Analyze financial results, identify variances and recommend areas
for improvement. Review and manage supporting account
reconciliations and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and
alignment with reported balances. Ensure compliance policies, trust
indentures, debt covenants, rules, regulations and laws. Stays
abreast of legal, regulatory and policy developments and audit
guidelines affecting areas of responsibility; enforces legal and
regulatory requirements impartially; reviews financial reporting
for compliance with GAAP. Provides leadership by setting goals,
performance expectations, and departmental standards for the
accounting team. Develop and refine procedures to support
operational policy changes. Identify and implement process
improvements and automation within the team. CPA Preferred
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual
attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable
schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and
