A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking an Amazon Project Manager to manage private-label administrative workflows from concept through launch. This role requires someone highly organized who can coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all product data, samples, packaging, and compliance documents are completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Include: Managing documentation, trackers, and product data entry Overseeing project timelines and following up with internal teams and vendors Coordinating sample requests and gathering compliance and packaging materials Preparing SKUs, listings, and digital assets for product setup and launch Maintaining detailed communication records and status reporting Facilitating cross-department communication and scheduling follow-ups Ideal Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-up and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Amazon/private label operations a plus Salary : $65k - $75k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Koppel@bhirednyc.com
