A healthcare company is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of executive-level responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements Streamline internal systems to ensure efficiency and smooth operations Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as needed Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within healthcare or corporate settings Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs High level of discretion and professionalism Salary : $9k - $100k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Aron@bhirednyc.com
