We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented contractor to join
our Oncology team. This role is a key contributor to the Global
Scientific and Value Content (GSVC) team, responsible for
developing high-quality resources to support the Field Medical
Organization and Global Medical Information (GMI) staff.
You will play a vital role in content development and participate
in transformational initiatives within the Value & Implementation -
Global Medical and Value Capabilities (V&I GMVC) team. This is
an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and
globally collaborative environment.
Pay Range $67 - $71 na hr.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain GSVC materials such as slide decks, Medical
Information Letters (MILs), Verbal Response Documents (VRDs), and
infographics
Ensure all materials are scientifically accurate, relevant, and
aligned with internal standards and published literature
Collaborate with senior GSVC colleagues to align deliverables with
the annual plans for GMSA Field Medical and Global Medical
Information teams
Partner with stakeholders across geographies, functions, and
therapeutic areas to deliver timely and compliant solutions
Independently design and produce intuitive, easy-to-navigate
scientific slide decks for use with external stakeholders
Support innovative digital content solutions based on customer
needs, including infographics and alternative scientific
formats
Evaluate and incorporate feedback, escalating risks or issues as
needed
Serve as an advocate for evolving scientific communication
approaches based on stakeholder needs
Maintain strong communication and attention to detail across all
responsibilities
Education Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or PhD in Life Sciences required
Required Skill & Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in process- and systems-related
coordination
Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and medical
writing
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple
priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and
non-technical audiences
Business acumen with a demonstrated ability to propose compliant,
value-driven solutions
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across
functional teams
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and
interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a
high level of initiative
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; experience with Veeva
Vault MedComms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at affiliate, regional, or global levels within
the pharmaceutical industry
Therapeutic area (TA) experience in Oncology
Familiarity with creating scientific tools and resources for
external scientific exchange and responding to medical information
inquiries
Additional Notes:
This position supports remote, hybrid, or on-site work in Rahway,
NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA
12-month contract with strong potential for extension, based on
performance and business needs
