Summary Primarily responsible for performing HVAC work and assisting HVAC mechanics with daily tasks and projects. Essential Functions Assist with the Installation, repair and maintenance of all HVAC systems including but not limited to hydronic boilers, steam boilers, hot air furnaces, air conditioning systems, piping, controls and ductwork. Keep the mechanics vehicle organized, stocked with material and clean. Review and complete assigned training curriculum. Have hand tools as required by the company. Wear PPE as established by the company guidelines Any other tasks as assigned manager Education, Qualities & Skills required Organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgment and critical thinking Professional behavior and conduct Must be able to work well individually and with a team.
