Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones. \n \n What You'll Be Doing: \n » Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. \n » Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. \n » Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). \n » Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress. \n \n We're Looking for Someone With: \n ? A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred). \n ? Comfort working with children. \n ? The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). \n ? Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families. \n ? Reliable transportation. \n ?
