Title: QA Engineer

Location: Remote

OMNI PRODUCT EXPERTISE, EXPOSURE TO JIRA/TESTRAIL

- Onshore (USA) Senior Consultant - REMOTE

- Looking for a Quality Assurance contract resource with extensive Omni DC knowledge to support TRP migration abridged parallel testing, system integration and end to end testing.

- Is there potential for this person to be converted to full-time? Or will this be a straight contract? STRAIGHT CONTRACT

- Is this person eligible for overtime? NO

- Does the contractor need to be on-camera for the interview or is Teams call fine? ON-CAMERA

- How quickly is the hiring manager looking to bring this person on? When will the hiring manager be available to review resumes & conduct interviews? AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

- What are the MUST-HAVE qualifications/technologies/software's for this role? BACHELOR'S DEGREE MINIMUM IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELD. EXPERIENCE WITH THE SOFTWARE TESTING LIFECYCLE, TEST DATA MANAGEMENT AND DEFECT MANAGEMENT.

- What are some things that are "NICE TO HAVE" for someone to have, but not mandatory? OMNI PRODUCT EXPERTISE, EXPOSURE TO JIRA/TESTRAIL

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
--- Thorough knowledge of structured programming technology for structured language environment
--- Thorough knowledge of applications/development methodologies
--- Thorough knowledge of appropriate operating systems, programming languages, and development tools
--- Considerable knowledge of performance tuning
--- Skill in interpersonal skills/team building
--- Skill in project management experience
--- Skill in operating independently
--- Skill in exhibiting solid analysis, decision-making, and problem solving
--- Skill in understanding and focusing on the clients' needs and goals, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
--- Ability to assess requirements, alternatives, and risks/benefits for low- to high-impact projects
--- Ability to develop a mid-size project plan (i.e., a plan that affects a single system or family and multiple resources) using approved project management software
--- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
--- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors and public
