Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Incentives (Full
stack).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack solutions
to enhance user experience
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best
practices and coding standards
Participate in product discovery to assess user needs and validate
ideas with prototypes
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a software engineer with production code
experience
Proven experience in building scalable web applications and
services in a cloud environment
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript
frameworks) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis, Kotlin)
Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
Experience in conducting code reviews and contributing to
knowledge-sharing initiatives
