Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist (Mill/Lathe) We
are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Numerical
Control (CNC) Machinist to join our team. This full-time, on-site
position involves operating and maintaining CNC milling and/or
turning machines to produce precision parts according to technical
specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling
and/or lathe machines to produce high-precision components
Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints,
including GD&T specifications Monitor machine operations and
adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and meet
production goals Conduct quality control inspections on finished
parts using measurement tools and inspection techniques Perform
routine maintenance on machines and tools Collaborate with
engineers and production team members to optimize machining
processes Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications Proficient in operating CNC milling and/or turning
machines Experience with CNC programming, including G and M codes;
MasterCam experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings, especially with Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GD&T) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to
detail Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar CNC machining
role preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
