The W93/Mk7 program is developing the next generation Reentry Body
to support the FBM mission of strategic deterrence. This position
will lead the design and development of the Mk7 Aeroshell through
the early design phase, including the fabrication of early
prototype units. Ee need your expertise to deliver amazing new
technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical
requirements of the strategic deterrence. Learn about the Trident
II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile As a Program Manager you will: •
Execute the cost, schedule and technical baseline of the design and
fabrication of the Mk7 Aeroshell component. • Lead a
multi-functional team across several control accounts and ensure
control accounts are completed with acceptable Cost, Schedule, and
Risk to meet sales and revenue goals. • Control the Program
Baseline to meet program objectives and milestones and exercise the
Program Change Control Process effectively • Communicate
horizontally and vertically, providing leadership and customers
with timely and accurate status • Collaborate horizontally with
enterprise organizations to meet program objectives and milestones
• Manage a geographically distributed multi-disciplinary team to
deliver on established programmatic commitments Basic
Qualifications • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education •
Program Management experience executing a cost, schedule and
technical baseline • Experience with Contract Deliverables and
Scope Management • Experience leading a multi-disciplined technical
team • Demonstrated Risk and Opportunity Management • Expertise in
relationship building and communication with internal and external
customers as well as employees at all levels • Experience in budget
development and management. • IMS (Integrated Master Schedule)
development and change control • Experience with Earned Value
Management principles • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain
and maintain a Secret security clearance Desired skills • Master's
degree in a Business or Engineering field • Project management
Certification (PMP) • Prior CAM (control account management)
experience • Experience leading / integrating solutions for
geographically disperse teams • Knowledge of DoD acquisition,
program lifecycle, and spiral development • Experience managing
cross discipline efforts that include design, test, operations and
systems engineering scope • Strong leadership skills • DoD TS

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
