Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Director, East
Coast Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial leadership and expertise on commercial
agreements and operational compliance
Support the transition of new contract wins and educate teams on
risk management and best practices
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with governance,
policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is
preferred
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational and math skills for complex financial
calculations
