Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP of Business Operations and
PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business operations strategies and lead the
Project Management Office
Optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement
initiatives
Oversee client delivery and internal projects, ensuring timely and
budget-compliant execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations or project
management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
PMP and Agile certification with practical application
experience
Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, with prior
experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to
decision-making
