Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager
(Central) to manage client relationships throughout the customer
life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with customers and track account health
Formulate and execute action plans to manage goals and growth
opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to drive a healthy customer program
and represent the voice of the customer in leadership meetings
Required Qualifications
7+ years of customer-facing experience in a CSM function, account
management, or consulting
Mix of business and technical acumen with the ability to engage in
discussions involving technology and business strategy
Experience facilitating meetings and delivering executive
presentations
Proficient in building and delivering proposals and presentations
using GSuite products
Experience in a SaaS environment related to Customer or Employee
Experience is preferred
