Key Responsibilities
Own demand side user growth and manage a $40M/year paid marketing
budget
Leverage the existing user base to enhance retention and long-term
engagement
Identify, test, and scale successful growth marketing initiatives
while mentoring a high-performing team
Required Qualifications
Expertise in performance marketing and paid acquisition
channels
Strong experience in building organic acquisition programs and
conversion rate optimization
Experience with lifecycle marketing across various channels
Data-driven with strong analytical skills for decision-making
Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional
partnerships
