Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Insights Program Manager
to support go-to-market efforts and enhance market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the competitive intelligence program, conducting analyses and
creating enablement assets
Drive customer voice programs by enhancing feedback channels and
analyzing customer insights
Integrate insights into product and go-to-market strategy, ensuring
customer needs are prioritized
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in program management or competitive
intelligence, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive alignment
across teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
Proficiency with insights and surveying tools, as well as analytics
platforms
