Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Manager (Wal-Mart/Sam's
Club).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an Account Plan for Wal-Mart & Sam's Club with
objectives and timelines
Create business opportunities based on shopper behaviors and
Wal-Mart/Sam's Club strategies
Lead Customer Annual Line Review & Product Category reviews,
aligning team priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, Finance,
Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in sales, category management, trade
marketing, or analytics
Proven experience in customer engagements, pricing strategy, and
omnichannel solutions
Strong business and financial acumen with knowledge of retailer and
manufacturing processes
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, decentralized business
model
