to guide early project decisions. b. Environmental Input: i.
Provide high-level environmental guidance (e.g., identifying
wetlands, sensitive habitats) during conceptual planning. ii. Flag
potential permitting challenges early to reduce redesign and
schedule impacts. c. Prepare technical specifications for
geotechnical and other related civil studies (Hydrology, SWPP,
erosion control, etc.)2. Quality Control & Coordination a.

that minimize conductor lengths and electrical losses. ii. Plan
site grading and road layouts that facilitate efficient underground
cabling and ensure safe, accessible infrastructure for maintenance.
iii. Provide civil engineering guidance on the design of PV systems
including selecting racking/mounting equipment, designing access
roads, drainage plans, performing relevant calculations, erosion
prevention, and other tasks throughout the design and construction
process. b. Coordinate Trenching & Infrastructure i. Work jointly
on trench routing and conduit specifications to protect cables from
shifting soil or erosion. ii. Recommend backfill materials and
compaction methods that reduce installation time and enhance system
reliability. c. Ensure Site Safety & Code Compliance i. Verify
