Job Title: Home Health Physical TherapistBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Island Heights, New Jersey.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric clients, developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote their health, safety, and independent living.Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities, to promote clients' recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Provide education and training to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health and well-being.Qualifications
  • A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.Benefits
