Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care (LTC)Location: Brooklyn, NY Shift: 5x8 RotatingSchedule: Full-time - 5x8-Rotating Shift (40 Hours Weekly)Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care facility. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.Qualifications:Licensure & Certifications:

• Active CNA certification in [State]
• BLS (AHA) certification preferred (may be required by facility)Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of CNA experience preferred (LTC or SNF strongly preferred)
  • New grads welcome in some facilitiesResponsibilities:Resident Care:
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
    • Provide mobility support including transferring, turning, and ambulation
    • Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
    • Ensure cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and shared spacesResident Interaction:
      • Build meaningful relationships through respectful and compassionate communication
      • Promote resident independence and emotional well-being
