Independent practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary
care hospitals that provide a full range of Endocrinology medicine
/n - Direct and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care
within the interdisciplinary team /n - Teamwork; Evidence-based
Medicine; Value-Based Care /n - Provider Wellbeing; Work-Life
Balance; Flexible Scheduling /n - Responsible for diagnosing and
treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx,
sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and
esophagus /n - Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical
procedures as needed /n - Consult with patients to understand their
health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat
patients /n - Consult with patient’s primary care physician and
other specialists as needed /n - Full complement of clinical and
administrative support teams to assist with patient care, including
a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider /n /n What makes an

Required Qualifications: /n /n - Unrestricted licensure in the
state of New York or has New York application in process /n -
Fellowship trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in
Endocrinology /n - Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability
to obtain prior to start /n /n /n The salary range for this role is
$208,000 to $352,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary
Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual
range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon
experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
