This role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure all patient needs are met effectively. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity! Job Function: - Day Shift. - 9am - 5pm. - Provide individual, group, and family counseling, along with didactic sessions and case management, in accordance with licensing standards. - Develop and update individualized treatment plans and reviews for assigned clients. - Ensure thorough and timely documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory and agency standards. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision sessions as scheduled. - Offer crisis intervention and refer clients to external agencies for continued or additional care. Job Requirements: - Current RN license for the state of employment. - 2 years of RN experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
