Short Description The Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in critical care and trauma to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines. Experience Required - Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) - Postgraduate (PGY2) in Critical Care Education Requirements - Pharmacy Doctorate Degree License/Certification Requirements - New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months).
