What You’ll Do As an LPN at Pedia Manor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the care of medically complex children. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality, team-based care in a residential setting. Assisting in the implementation and documentation of care plans. Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the RN or care team. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Providing support and education to staff and families to promote the best outcomes. What We’re Looking For A Minimum of One Year of experience as an LPN Active LPN License in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania. Current CPR certification . Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care. Experience in pediatric or medically complex care is a plus, but not required—we offer comprehensive training.
