Monday–Friday, daytime hours | Minimal on-call Compensation:
$250,000 base We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated Physician
(U.S. citizens only) to provide high-quality primary care in
long-term care settings. This is more than a role—it’s a meaningful

comprehensive primary care, including admissions, assessments, and
ongoing treatment Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that
