over 70 providers within 13 physician offices Collaborative team
approach optimizing Best Practices; serving adolescents through
geriatrics Collaborates with medical staff, a progressive and
responsive care delivery system which facilitates meeting the
unique multi-disciplinary care needs of each patient, is patient
focused, and consistent with the mission, goals and objectives of
the Health System Demonstrates excellent communication skills
