Required Skills: Must have an active New York State medical license Board Certification in OB/GYN; board-eligible candidates cannot be considered DEA certification required Proficiency in managing both obstetric and gynecological cases, primarily OB (95%) and GYN (5%) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and patient management skills Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ultrasound procedures onsite Previous experience supporting a high-volume practice (~1500 deliveries annually) Comfort working with teenagers and adult patient populations Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts and call responsibilities Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Prior experience working in community health settings is advantageous Other Requirements: Availability to start on 03/02/2026 Willingness to support a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks per month Capable of managing 14 patients daily during clinic hours and responding to 24-hour call shifts Valid driver’s license for mileage reimbursement; rental car option available if needed Credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $222.30 Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed OB/GYN to practice in a dynamic environment with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.
