Job Description Physician – Long-Term Care / Primary Care Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours | Minimal call Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $225,000 – $300,000 (based on experience) A growing post-acute care organization is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Physician to join its expanding clinical team. This role focuses on providing high-quality primary care to residents in long-term care settings, supporting a healthier, more dignified aging experience. About the Role In this position, you will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and seniors residing in long-term care communities. You’ll work in a supportive, physician-focused environment that prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance. This is an ideal role for experienced physicians or recent graduates who want to practice meaningful medicine with predictable daytime hours and strong organizational support.
