Otolaryngology Physician Opportunity in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)
to lead our expanding team as part of an ambitious growth strategy.

high-quality patient care. Job Responsibilities: Provide visionary
leadership for a growing ENT division. Oversee clinical, academic,
and administrative operations of the ENT department. Deliver
personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally
invasive surgical techniques. Collaborate across departments to
enhance interdisciplinary cancer care. Drive innovation in clinical
practices using advanced surgical technologies. Lead and mentor a
team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
Develop and implement research and educational initiatives. Engage
in community outreach to improve health access and reduce
disparities. Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a
commitment to workforce development. Participate in a shared call
schedule supported by a hospitalist team. Qualifications: Board
Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT at the time of application.
Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected. Not open to
new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Not accepting
1099 contract or locums candidates. Must be able to provide a
Permanent Placement Fee. License and Certification Requirements:
Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness
to obtain). Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to
obtain). DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days). Egg Harbor
