Direct Support Professional (DSP) ? $23-33/hr $1,000 Signing Bonus ? Hasbrouck Heights, NJ Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You?ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence at home, in the community, and in the workplace.
