Job Description:
Banquet Servers set up, execute and break down events under the
supervision of the Captain and Co-Captain, with the chefs and
pantry team. Typical assignments include passing drinks and hors
d’oeuvres, attending and running for buffets, serving food to
guests’ tables and bussing. As the server is the focal point of
interaction with the guest, it is critical to provide professional
warm service.
