Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator Lead to oversee
scheduling and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist management with operational reporting and special
projects
Maintain credentials of clinical employees and oversee new hire
placement processes
Lead training and development for new team members and support
daily operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Staffing experience preferred, with alternatives such as call
center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is
a plus
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
