Job Description:
Seeking a competent nurse to provide independent,
patient-centered care by applying the nursing process, including
assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to address
nursing issues and interpret policies.
Maintain clinical skills, ensure safe patient care, and promote
positive public relations through professionalism and community
involvement.
Demonstrate effective communication across diverse populations and
foster teamwork.
Adhere to medication rights, time management, and organizational
policies, including confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
Support hospital and departmental missions, participate in quality
initiatives, and complete required training and competencies.
Qualifications include RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI; preferred
BSN and 1-year experience; strong communication skills and basic
computer knowledge required.
Work schedule varies; part-time position.
