of globalization founded on a shared source of truth on the global
supply chain. This is a lofty mission, and our success depends on
building a diverse, global team and fostering an environment in
which it can thrive. We operate in accordance with our values: we
embrace reality as we work to change it; we focus on value
creation, not capture; we foster diversity and embrace difference;
and we go on offense. When you join Altana, you'll be joining a
vibrant, collaborative team working together to solve complex
problems with the potential for global societal impact. The
Opportunity at AltanaThe Product team is looking for a Product
Manager to lead the core technology services that power virality
and network effects across Altana's federated data network and
global B2B user network. You will lead product development efforts
for the collaboration and customer data management services that
power Altana's user-facing applications. Altana applications are
powered by the world's most comprehensive knowledge graph of the
global supply chain and business network. As Altana builds
workflows and products that connect businesses, governments, and
service providers across this graph, you will be responsible for
the core collaboration services, customer data onboarding and
curation, and network editing experiences that enable product-led
network growth and user-led graph editing and enrichment. If you
are both technically grounded in data, machine learning, and system
design disciplines, and strategically oriented in network effects,
viral UX, and AI-centric workflows, then this role is perfect for
you. This role covers three main areas of responsibility:
- Collaboration Services: You will be responsible for the core
means of collaboration across Altana's platform: the systems for
claiming and managing organizational profiles and managing user
registries, the systems for communicating and linking data across
organizations and their systems of record, and the commenting and
chat functions that enable users to connect with each other both
within an organization and across organizations. You will work with
Altana's product line managers and designers to build delightful,
intuitive, and engaging collaboration functionality that can be
embedded across workflows and user experiences.
- Customer Data Onboarding: The core value proposition of Altana
is that we situate our customers - and their data - within a shared
knowledge graph of the global supply chain and business network,
helping them to understand and manage their extended global value
chain networks. To deliver on this value proposition, you will
drive the systems for customer data ingestion, cleaning,
normalization, and matching to Altana's knowledge graph. This
involves close collaboration with our Product Line Managers for
delivering scalable services across logistics, enterprise,
financial services and government users and data types; it also
involves close collaboration with our Artificial Intelligence team
to leverage best-in-class AI systems for translating,
de-duplicating, and matching customer data into our canonical
knowledge graph.
- Network Editing and System of Record Curation: You will own the
core functionality and capabilities for managing permissioned edits
and annotations to the users' value chain system of record. This
entails dynamically managing data updates from the customers' other
systems and applications, along with dynamic updates of Altana's
knowledge graph. You will work closely with the Knowledge Graph
product team, and with our Product Line Managers, for delivering a
platform capability for our users to manage and curate their own
data and worldviews in combination with Altana's global network
graph. As a member of the product team, this role will provide an
incredible opportunity to interface with the founders, executives,
and go-to-market teams to interact with our customers and
evangelize our product vision and roadmap.Your Responsibilities

delivery platform engineering, artificial intelligence, and Graph

service of your roadmap.
- Maintain a deep, systems-level understanding of Altana's

and capabilities that respect sophisticated entitlement and
security requirements of our government, enterprise, logistics, and
financial service provider users.
- Co-own network virality/k-factor metrics with our design team,
ensuring that the collaboration services and capabilities you

network, rather than impede it.About You

stakeholders.
