Job Description:
Location: 2-3 day's a week hybrid in Hauppauge, NY (Long
Island)Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $75,000–$85,000We're seeking a
hands-on CRM Specialist to own and evolve our customer relationship
management systems, improve business processes, and connect
marketing and sales through data-driven automation. This role will
be responsible for building out our current CRM infrastructure,
implementing procedures and integrations, developing marketing
funnels that nurture leads, and providing analytics that drive
smarter business decisions. Additionally, this position will assist
with marketing data management, CRM-to-ERP connections, and the
maintenance of subscriber lists and leads to ensure accuracy and
compliance. Responsibilities:Audit the current CRM structure
(objects, workflows, data hygiene) and design a prioritized roadmap
for improvement and automation.Build and document standard
operating procedures (SOPs) for CRM usage, lead routing, and data
management.Implement new CRM features, automations, and
integrations - including connecting CRM and ERP systems to ensure
seamless data flow across departments.Collaborate with IT and
Finance to align CRM and ERP data for accurate reporting on leads,
customers, and revenue.Design, build, and optimize email nurture
funnels and marketing campaigns that warm leads and move them
through the sales pipeline.Maintain and segment subscriber lists
and lead databases, ensuring ongoing data accuracy, and proper
opt-in tracking.Develop and maintain lead scoring models,
segmentation strategies, and lifecycle stage definitions.Produce
and deliver regular dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing,
and Leadership - including campaign performance, funnel metrics,
and attribution analysis.Provide CRM training, documentation, and
ongoing support for internal users.Identify opportunities for
process automation and improved data accuracy.General Marketing
Assistance on Ad Hoc Marketing Projects as Assigned.Monitor and
troubleshoot data syncs, deliverability, and workflow issues
between CRM, ERP, and marketing systems.Conduct outbound follow-up
calls on assigned leads to verify contact accuracy, understand lead
intent, and confirm how each lead was handled by Sales.Document
call outcomes, disposition, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring
complete visibility into lead status and sales follow-up
activity.Audit lead follow-up execution by confirming response
timing, contact attempts, and resolution, and flag gaps or
inconsistencies to Sales and Marketing leadership.Collaborate with
Sales to validate lead routing and handling, ensuring SLAs are met
and feedback loops are captured to improve lead quality and
conversion. Qualifications:3 years of experience working directly
in a CRM environment (admin, operations, and implementation
role).Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or
similar platforms (admin or power-user level).Experience with
CRM-to-ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or custom
systems).Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, list
segmentation, and nurture funnel design.Strong data management
skills — including imports/exports, deduplication, data hygiene,
and syncing between platforms.Proficiency with reporting and
analytics tools (HubSpot Reports, Salesforce Reports, Zoho
Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio).Familiarity with
integration tools and APIs (Zapier, Make/Integromat, native
connectors).Certifications: HubSpot (CRM/Marketing Hub), Salesforce
Admin, or Zoho CRM.Experience in B2B sales, or manufacturing
environments where CRM and ERP systems intersect.Comfort making
professional outbound phone calls to prospects or internal
stakeholders to validate lead status and sales activity.Ability to
gather qualitative feedback from calls and translate insights into
CRM reporting and process improvements.Strong attention to detail
and process documentation skills.Excellent communication skills for
