Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Posting QA Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply payments, adjustments, and denials to customers' accounts on
a daily basis
Research and resolve exceptions related to check, credit card, and
EFT payments
Perform audits to ensure accuracy of cash application transactions
and reconcile accounts
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalency
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payment posting and
reconciliations in a medical billing or medical accounts
receivables environment
Minimum of 2 years' experience in physician AR collections with
complex denials and appeals management
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payment posting error trending
and quality assurance with process improvement experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
