A company is looking for a Patient Account Lead
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of insurance follow-up and collections,
including documentation and account reviews
Provide coaching and training to staff members, including
participation in new hire interviews
Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and
assist team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education
3-6 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related
collections
Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and
terminology
Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in PC and MS
Outlook
Understanding of UB-04, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
