A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to
support and enhance the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring
teams
Maintain positive candidate experience through timely communication
and scheduling
Organize and manage candidate data and tracking processes in
various systems
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of coordinating experience
Experience in a Human Resources or People team
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume
databases
Ability to prioritize projects in an agile environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
