Job Description:
A company is looking for a HEDIS Reviewer II.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to members to complete surveys addressing Social
Determinants of Health (SDoH) barriers
Coordinate care by contacting members and clinical providers to
obtain medical records and ensure preventive services
Search for and review relevant HEDIS records, ensuring accurate
documentation for compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
At least two HEDIS seasons of experience
Experience in outreach calls to educate members and collect medical
records
Medical knowledge and proficiency in medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader
