Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to lead
and optimize revenue-generating processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Revenue Operations team, overseeing planning,
execution, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
Own the CRM and data architecture for GTM execution, optimizing
sales, customer success, and marketing tools
Develop reliable forecasting processes and drive annual planning in
partnership with Finance
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic
Sales roles in high-growth SaaS environments
4+ years of experience leading an operations team with a track
record of building high-performing teams
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including admin
capabilities
Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of SaaS KPIs
and revenue management
Strong familiarity with sales and marketing tools and proficiency
in marketing automation platforms preferred
