A company is looking for a Setup Specialist - RPM - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Create orders for services tailored to individual clients
Initiate contact with patients to ensure device receipt and provide
setup instructions
Maintain accurate records related to setup activities and complete
assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
Clinical experience with a strong understanding of medical
terminology
Ability to explain setup steps clearly and troubleshoot device
issues
Proficient in using computer systems and documentation
Self-directed with solid time management skills
HIPAA compliant workspace and high-speed internet connection
