At Access, we believe in work with a purpose.Job Ad:Access: Supports For Living is seeking a dependable and experienced Janitorial Project Leader III for our Janitorial Contracts in West Point, NY. This is a full-time position, with excellent benefits. Some early mornings and late night shifts will be required.Job Duties:The Project Leader III's primary responsibilities include oversight of janitorial cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal at a West Point school. Contract expectations require the Project Leader III to work independently, assign tasks, follow through on maintenance issues, and assist personnel with equipment and resources needed to fulfill contract requirements.Successful candidates can juggle multiple projects and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.In this role, the Project Leader III will:

• Supervise a team of janitorial workers made up of individuals with and without disabilities as you work together to accomplish the scope of the project.
• Work hands-on alongside your team on floors, restrooms, windows, landscaping, and other duties as required by the contract.
• Have driving responsibilities, including transporting self, equipment, and workers.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 3-5 years supervising 10+ people.
• Janitorial services experience required.
