--- Knowledge of flat rate pricing and Service Titan software preferred

Responsibilities:
--- Perform diagnostics, sales, and completion of plumbing work in residential settings
--- Undertake plumbing repairs, including water heater repairs and replacements
--- Specialize in tankless water heater repairs and replacements
--- Offer various options to clients and present them effectively
--- Conduct drain cleaning and jetting services
--- Handle complete installations with attention to detail
--- Test completed work thoroughly to ensure quality assurance

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a service technician specifically within a flat-rate residential service and replacement company
--- Proficiency in residential plumbing service is required
--- Familiarity with basic boiler operations would be beneficial
--- Experience in drain cleaning is essential
--- Any background in using Service Titan and iPad is considered advantageous
