Key Responsibilities
Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes
Create interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights
Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to enhance customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science,
Statistics, or related fields
5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence,
or data analytics
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power
BI
Familiarity with customer support software and digital analytics
tools
