Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery and Service
Management Consultant with experience in Cyber Security.
Key Responsibilities
Apply ITIL and ITSM process knowledge to service request management
and incident management
Lead the collection and quality assurance of metrics, and develop
metrics reports
Coordinate and lead weekly performance status calls and supplier
governance processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in leading ITSM processes for Cyber
Security
Experience in Cyber Security Service Delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and
visualization
Technical background with knowledge of security technologies and
trends
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
