SummaryJust 65 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Allentown is
near many major Northeastern U.S. cities, which makes it an ideal
location for manufacturing and distributing consumer goods. We
utilize thermal processing and high-speed canning to produce
varieties of our Friskies, Beneful and Pro Plan brandsproduct lines
that we have carefully produced, packaged, and shipped since 1958.

a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the coordination
of all first line management functions regarding production
planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of
people, quality, safety, and sanitation of the processing and
departments. In this role you will be required to a problem solver
that drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant. This
role will be required to be available for all shifts as required
for business needs.*Note: Candidate must be available for 12 hour
shifts on overnights for this role.Direct supervision of hourly
employees in the processing department of dry extruded pet
foodManage the processing or packaging schedule to maximize output
while minimizing costs including active participation in problem
solving to achieve these resultsLead and coach integrated work
groups to achieve results based on the factorys continuous
improvement planConfers with engineering and maintenance in
coordination of repairs and modifications to demonstrate ownership
of the assigned areas of the factoryEnsure products are produced in
compliance with quality key check points and within Good
Manufacturing PracticesProvide safe working environment for
employeesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years
experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment1+
years supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or
related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is
$63,000 to $92,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a
good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic
