A company is looking for a Regional Broker Contractor to manage
a team of licensed sales agents in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with
regulatory and NAR best practices
Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy
addendums
Provide training to agents on contracts, licensing, and state real
estate law
Required Qualifications
Must be based and licensed in the state of Maryland
Experience in real estate brokerage operations
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
Ability to collaborate with various department leads
Experience in training and supporting real estate agents
