Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 5 years of experience in media analytics,
advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or
financial analysis. Preferred qualifications: Experience with
marketing measurement, attribution techniques (e.g., offline
measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution), and Google advertising
products. Experience in marketing analytics and understanding of
robust data infrastructures/advanced AI solutions. Knowledge of
SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards,
automating custom reports, materializing tables). Ability to
analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights
that are presented in a logical and compelling story. Ability to
navigate complex, fast-paced environments, utilizing strong
prioritization skills to drive data infrastructure transformations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to present technical information to both technical and

goals. As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be at the
forefront of a major shift, helping some of the world's most

marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor,

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$108,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
